Default 2001 dodge ram

I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 2wd. It has about 80,000 miles on it. I just had a new clutch put in and now It makes a whinning or squeeking sound. I can hear this noise in gear and neutral. When I push the clutch in or shift into 4th it goes away. My mechanic put another new throw out bearing in and its stil doing this noise what is this?

Check the fluid level in the trans in any event.

When do you hear the noise? While driving? Clutch pressed?
