Angry 2001 1500 speedo not working

Hoping this helps. I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500. My speedo doesnt work and my damn abs light is on along with the check engine light. Now the check engine reads that it is not getting a reading from the speedo which is correct. I've replaced both the tranny sensor and the one on the rear diff with no luck.....My guess is that one of the wires is rotted but i feel it is highly unlikely due to the fact that the truck is fairly clean. I have heard that there are fuses for the speedo. It would be a big help for some advice and location of this speed fuse. Thanks guys!

No fuses. Speedo is fed by the sensor in the rear differential. The sensor gets its power from the PCM.

With the ignition On, you should see around 5 volts on the Red/Violet wire. (cavity 2 in the connector.) This is supposedly 'twisted pair', so, not sure how the wire colors work there. Verify you are getting power back there. Wouldn't be the first time a 'new' sensor, was bad right out of the box though.

Passenger side firewall next to the ac accumulator right behind the air intake snorkel
