I have a 1999 Ram 1500 with club cab and my seat belt decided to lock up on me. I got a new one and i havent got around to instaling it yet, but i noticed the new it also locked up now. Once i plug in the electricla part of it, will is unlock? Of you know anything on this, id like to hear it. Thanks

 

I have a 98 dodge Ram and I was putting seat covers on and my seat belt locked up on me, could not get it to release. Well my door was open and a buddy of mine shut the door and it released. Never had a problem since, I dont know if there is a sensor somewhere or what, I really never looked into it but I dont know you can give it a shot.
