Theres a diy on the IAC in our DIY section.
You need a cross over pipe, true duals with no cross is not good for the system. I would get universal magnaflow cats, something like this. I would use 2 1/4" pipe for true duals on these, 2.5" is a little to big IMO. I would put the o2 in the cross over pipe , which will need to be in the down pipes (the 2" pipes).
Good God how do you drive such a loud vehicle around? I was fed up after 3 hours with a straight pipe.....
BTW you're teacher really needs to familiarize himself with these trucks.... 2 o2 sensors is standard for non Cali 98 up trucks.
