Default Loud squeaking from rear end

Hey all, For the last couple months iv been getting a squeak from my rear end, it sounds like its coming from the pinion or u-joint, It starts the moment I get moving and I can hear it all the way up to 60-70 km. The rear end was getting quite hot for a while till I changed the fluid and it hasent got hot since.

Just a little video moving slowly

The u-joint doesn't seem to have any play in it but im going to replace it any ways to eliminate it as the source.

There is also a slow leak from the pinion seal I believe.

Any input is appreciated

Replace that u-joint, sounds like it is dry.
