Default Front end 01 1500 issues

Driving last night and all the sudden my rig pulls hard right and the ride gets miserable, I heard a clunking, and it feels like I had a flat intensified by a million. I pull over get out and my front passenger tire is sitting at a 45 degree angel. I jacked her up and the tire moves side to side and up and down very freely. I notice fluid on the ground under the tire. I pull the tires and it the axle is moving freely all around. I took a picture. Any clues on what may be wrong and how to fix it. All help is appreciated!

Hub/bearing unit gave up the ghost. Have it towed someplace you can work on it.

Hub bearing failed on ya, dont drive it anywhere. Get it towed and replaced with a good quality one. If it failed like that id prob inspect the rest of the system to make sure nothing else is that bad...
