Default Air rushing sound

So another thing after fixing my 4 wheel drive today I noticed after I started my truck I herd a loud air rushing sound from under the hood and the truck seemed like it was caughing almost from the exhaust. Cats only about a week old with new o2s and I changed the idle sensor as well. Any ideas on what's going on?

May just be air in the throttle body. There isn't a big opening, and the engine sucks a fair bit of air, even at idle.

Question becomes, is it a cause, or an effect.....
