Hey guys anyone know if all the carriers are the same size? reason I ask is I wanna put my gears from my old 2001 ram dana 44 into my current 93 dana 44. only difference I have found is the 2001 has the threaded shims and the 93 doesn't at all its just pressed in. the bearings have races on them and that's it. so my thought was just pull the 2001 gears and put the races on the bearings and throw it in but I wasn't sure if there is an overall dimension difference or not. thanks yal

 

The carriers are all the same as long as it isn't a jeep. The only difference is the gear split at 3.73
