Default squeaking when turning

This is most likely a self answering questions just wanna be sure before replacing parts that don't need it. When I turn my wheel back and fourth either while stopped or moving I am getting a squeaking noise and it'd louder when I am not moving. Does this mean the power steering is going out? Thanks in advance for all the help

Is it coming from under the hood or the from the tires/suspension?
Check your belt and the PS fluid level.

It's kinda hard to tell since I don't have any help so I am sitting in the truck doing all this but sounds like it's coming from by the tires and I just replaced my ball joints in my passenger side and still getting noises from thst side as well

So I just listened to it standing outside the truck and it is definitely coming from the suspension somewhere and it's more of a creaking noise than squeaking

Ball joints, bearings, or u-joints (4x4).
