I have a weird switch under my dash. My truck does have electric start and key less entry. Wasn't sure if it's the sync switch for the remote or? Also, those random wires from my firewall. The truck did have trailer brakes from what I could tell from the mount under the dash

are you talking about the black, momentary switch? in the picture at the top of that white box? i have one as well, its for programming the remote start. (only reason i know is i installed a remote start and have a similar switch)

 

Is yours the Viper setup? Mines the older one where it's square with the 4 buttons in a square setup.
