Default rim fitment

So I want to make my 96 indy look more mean. These wheels say they want fit but I see other body styles like this put on newer style wheels so do you think that these would fit for me? They are srt-10 rims

Did they change the bolt pattern for the lug nuts in '11? Also, need to look at the diameter of the center hole. May not fit over what you have on your truck.

I have a 2008 Ram 1500. I have 20" stock rims and want to put 17" rims on.
I was told that if a Ram comes with 20" stock rims that you can NOT do a smaller rim because of the brakes. is this true or will the 17" rims fit?
I currently have Bilstein leveling shocks (around 2 inches of lift) on the front and the rear is stock height. I an putting in a 2" suspension lift kit next week.
I would like to put on 17" rims with 35 X 12.50 x 17 tires. Will this work?
I am looking at Ultra type 164 It is a 17x9, 4.45 backspace, 5-139, with a -12mm offset.
If this will not work what should I be looking for that will get me close to this set up?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
