I have a 97 ram 1500 5.9 4x4 I want to beef up my tranny to hold up to 35's any suggestions

On page six of MonteC's trans corner, there is a list of parts he recommended for a member that regularly towed a 7k pound trailer. Go by that list, and you should be golden.

Another 'trans saver' with 35" tires, would be 4.56 or 4.88 gears.....
