I really depends upon the location of the cam lobe as to whether or not the pushrod will feel tight or not when torqueing down the rocker arm and guide. You just need to ensure those bolts are properly tightened.

My question is how tight should they be? I installed all at 16 ft lbs and nothings loose. Hopefully it's right. I'm trying to do as much by the book as possible because screwing anything up is not an option at this point. It's my daily driver so any screw up is not good lol.

Atomic dog I replied as you posted that. That might explain why some spin and some don't. Like I said all are torqued to 16 ft lbs so hopefully that enough now on the the rest. God help me this is the fun part.

You should be fine. Just take your time, read the book and/or view YouTube videos on the process and pay attention to detail, which it sounds like you're doing well.
