Or swap the plug wire with another.I had a bad connector on set of mopar wires once upon a time. Did get metal clips back on all of the fuel injectors if you removed them during plenum repair? And make sure 8 and 4 wire aren't running against each other, since they are next to each other in firing order, like 5 and 7.

Thanks guys hopefully I can get this done tomorrow and see if it helps...got two finals and work tomorrow but maybe ill have time to squeeze it in

Well I know its been a few days but I finally got some free time now that schools out and a few days off work. I was able to reroute the plugs and switch two of the injectors and still the code for a mis in 4 and another code I forgot to wrote down for exhaust gas recirculation ? Are these two related....could they both have something to do with a clogged cat ?

Your truck is an 01, right? If so, you shouldn't even HAVE EGR....... (wouldn't be the first time a code popped up for a system that wasn't there though....)

Compression and/or leakdown test time.

Yea and its an 01 and the weird thing is I've see this same code pop up 3-4 times with the misfire code and alright ill do that next
