Default Unknown vacuum lines

Hi all,

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram with a 5.9L engine. I have a few vacuum lines that I can't figure out where they belong. Hoping for some help figuring it all out. The main one comes from the left front of the throttle body and elbows/tees off then run along the valve cover towards the firewall. It goes to a plastic body with 4 vacuum ports (2 in and 2 out) but I cannot find the other end to connect it. Hopefully the pictures show up well enough that you can see the line I'm talking about...

Most of the other threads talk about the vacuum line above the one I'm trying to figure out. Also, the small 1/8" line that is attached to the other port is cut or broken off, so I can't even make any sense of it base on what else it attaches to. I'm really at a loss.

My truck "hiccups" occasionally when it shifts and was throwing codes for "too lean" and something about the intake air control.

Any ideas?

Could that be for the cannister purge solenoid? Not sure where it got moved to on the newer trucks....

Figured it out. They were extraneous lines that were incorrectly hooked up (or lack thereof) by the person who last worked on it. Needless to say, that person will NOT be working on my truck again.
