When you pull your resistor you will likely see where its burned out/corroded-Normally when your blower goes out it doesn't work at any speed-Do update-
I just sprayed the fan blower switch itself with some electrical contact cleaner and that fixed it. Figured I would try it and didnt expect it to work. Thx for the replies.
