Exclamation Speaker wiring problems

Hey yall, im having issues, I have a 99 dodge ram 2500 crew cab with the infinity sound system. I got a good deal on some Rockford and fosgate 6x9s and 5.25s for the back. Im probably gonna just do my entire system from a new head unit to subs. I have a few questions that I haven't been able to find, Does anyone know of someone or a company that makes a box for a 10 or a 12 for under the back seat? I don't wanna just leave a box sittin in the back seat. Also, I know the infinity has those little amps on the speakers themselves, but I don't wanna rewire the whole system if I can avoid it. Id really like to if I could leave the original wireing but cut it before the amps and use just put new leads on the ends. I don't even know if this is possible with the wiring harness or if itll power them. Ill be replacing the head unit but not sure if theres any other hidden gems in this system. Also, where is the best spot to go through the firewall for the amp power. I drilled through the cab floor on the side with the cover on it for my CB power but wanna do something safer if I can. Thanks

Grab the 01 service manual from this thread. It will have the wiring diagrams for your truck. Should clue ya in as to what you need to do.

As for the box, no clue.

There's only dual 10 boxes for under the seat and I've only found them on ebay. Ex.(http://m.ebay.com/itm/321153214258?nav=SEARCH)
