Default Jasper transmission vs others???

Wats everyone's thought/experience with jasper transmissions? My 46re crapped out so I'm looking and I don't have any tranny shops near me unless I drive a few hours... But I have a local trust worthy shop that is a certified jasper installer

Anyone run anything from jasper??

How much are you wanting to spend on a new/rebuilt tranny?

I used a few Jasper products when I was working as a wrench in a few shops. They are okay but if you have they funds I would recommend getting a rebuilt tranny from somewhere else that isn't a assembly line type operation.

I just got a rebuilt tranny for my Jeep and paid around $2,800 for it. This is a performance rebuild that will last longer than the vehicle it is in. He is in California and builds it for YOU not just some generic type deal. Shipping to WA from CA was $125 I think.
