No heat.
Okay so when winter started I noticed as the colder it got, the less my heat worked. Is this normal? It's weird because if you leave it off for a while and then turn the heat on it will be blazing hot and after about a minute it will get cold. And also the higher you crank the blower motor, the colder it gets. I had a shop check it out and they said that it is most possibly the blend door. Is this correct? The radiator has been replaced, the top and bottom hoses have been replaced, thermostat (with gasket), water pump, and the heater core has been flushed and inspected. And also, both heater hoses get hot.

That exactly how mine behaves. I'm thinking its the blend door because I've noticed that, even with the system turned off, you can feel a breeze coming through the vents that gets stronger the faster you go. At highway speeds, the breeze coming through the vents is almost as strong as the lowest fan speed setting.

These trucks are notoriously difficult to get all the air out of the heater core..... I had to resort to pulling off the lines, backflushing just heater core, and then adding water while both hose ends were above the level of the h/c. THAT worked. My heater will once again cook me out of the cab.
