Plug wires are a cheap and easy replacement. Might want to try em?

could the return line be plugged and cause one cylinder to lean out? weird is the full fuel tank

I replaced my upstream 02 sensor and put a new radiator cap on and it suddenly stopped shaking.. and the hose doesnt look like its going to have babies! whole new truck now!!!
