Default Brake line leaking

I have a rear brake line leaking. Not behind the wheel but about under the rear small quad cab door. I can see the line runs behind the frame. Like they install the lines in during assembly of the truck. Now how do I get to it. Do I have to drop the gasoline tank just to get to it. Major bummer

No need to drop the fuel tank to repair the rear brake line. The line runs along the frame rail. Simply cut it ahead of the fuel tank in an area that will allow you room to access it. Pickup a length of 3/16" steel brake line at a parts store, along with a union and male threaded brake line fittings. You will also need a double flaring kit to flare the cut brake line after installing a male treaded fitting onto the line. Add the union and the new piece of brake line that you will fish along the frame rail and you have the gist of the repair. You can also do a quick search of YouTube to find videos that discuss the process, too.
