All of a sudden the outside top cab lights stopped working, everything else is working. I can't even find a location for a fuse for these! Anyone know where it is or what may have happened? 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 ext cab

It is the 5 across the cab on top, all 5 of them went out.

 

Probably a wiring problem then. Download the 98 service manual from here, check out the wiring diagrams, and you should be able to find the point of failure.
