Default Good Black Replacement Headlight For Dodge Ram 1500 Sport

Hi, I have a 98 Dodge Ram 1500 with a sports package and I was wanting replacement headlights that are a single assembly instead of having the blinker separate. Unfortunately all the ones I can find on Amazon have bad reviews. Are these reviews trustworthy or do you think the lights would be fine. I'm looking for a straight swap and no Halos or anything like that.

Heres a few that I was looking at but had bad reviews, do u think they are fine, they all say that they're non-adjustable and way to high. Did they just install them wrong because there are also a few 5 star reviews? Thanks

Ok, so, any headlight for a non-sport will work for you as well. (but, the sport specific ones will not.)

AMAutoparts.com has the stock fellers, with bulbs, for less than a 100 bucks, shipped. They are exactly like what is on your truck now. (except, the lenses are nice and clear, and the adjusters aren't broken.) Believe the reviews of folks that didn't like those others. They post that for a reason.

I found some Sport Dual headlights on ebay with a conversion kit. I've heard the duals are way brighter than the singles and I was wondering if they would work as well.

According to theory, that should work. Those were designed for the non-sport trucks. (single bulb headlamps.) May have some clearance issues with one of the bulbs, but, won't know that till you go to install them.

If you want to make your headlights brighter, get the relay conversion kit from LMC truck. Headlight switch just controls relays, bulbs get power direct from battery. Makes a noticeable difference.

It's a mixed bag. Up to 99, sport models still had single bulb headlamps. 99 and up went to the dual bulb headlamps.

Do you know where I could find a OEM Dodge NEW Third Brake Light and also would a tailgate lightbar work even though the spare tire thingy is right there?

Could try LMC Truck for the third eye. No clue about the light bar. I don't even have a spare tire.
