Before you swap/replace any more sensors, have the cat pressure tested. A clogged cat will create misfire issues, bad mileage, and a loss of power.

At 210k, it should be about at the end of it's third cat... 2nd at very least, with a good plenum all along (and that is very unlikely).

The cat would certainly be a first check... with a bad plenum, you can change the cat as often as spark plugs.

You can get to the CPS from below or above... both are difficult... I have longer arms, and found it easier from below, as I hate laying up in the engine bay.
From below the distance of restrictive area is shorter.

Assuming the factory cat was replaced due to the service bulletin or any other reason, and the replacement was not a generic part, the cat should never have to be replaced so long as the emissions system is working properly and the plenum has been serviced.

Guess its time to get the cat pressure tested as suggested since the miss and shaking are still present after cps changed

You can yank the front O2 sensor from the bung to see if it runs better... Consider it a cheap and easy cat pressure test.
