Eng Light - Pulled these codes

The Check Eng Light came on the other night, so I went down to my local Checker Auto Parts and used their scanner to pull the codes. Here's what came out...
Trouble Codes: No codes reported.
Pending Codes:
P0740 - Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction
No real surprise there, since our 46RE is slipping and on it's way out. Only 56K miles and already having to get a Reman. Thanks Dodge!
P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
This one was not expected. The scanner mentions things that could possibly have told the computer to throw a code... Injectors spraying too much or too little. Too much or too little air intake. Leak in the exhaust manifold.
Any ideas?
