Default check engine light

I am having a problem with my 408 stroker. I have a check engine light on saying system to rich but it should be already dialed in cuz my wideband is reading where it should. My fuel trims don't show fully like they should so the guy who is tuning it can't really see them Idk if its a wire problem or not if someone could help me that and there is power being held up somewhere cuz my mechanic is saying its not firing on all cylinders like it should or it's running way to rich. The only way it will idle in gear is if I make a huge vaccumm leak off the intake manifold and coming to a stop I have to tap the gas before it dies then will idle. I am having a hard time figuring this all out so if someone could help that would be great

Sounds like it is indeed running way rich. Can you read real-time data with your scanner?
