Default 1996 RAM fuel filler replacement and other items

I have a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD 5.9(360). Found a hole on the top section of the fuel vent return hose,,,probably a squirrel chewed it. I called my local Dodge dealer and they told me that hose is no longer available through them!..Several parts stores have been unable to help even after coming out to the truck and looking at the hose...Does anyone know what size this hose is? and who might sell it? Also, I am thinking about replacing the whole fuel filler neck altogether since the truck spent most of its life in Minnesota, the neck is really rusty...doesn't look too hard to replace. Anyone have any experience with aftermarket parts with this item?...
Thanks for any help and advice...
Dave

Cut the hose, and measure the inside diameter. Go to the parts store, and see what they have in fuel-resistant hose that size. Or even the hardware store.

Could try checking out LMC truck, and see if they have anything.

Thumbs up

I found the 3/4" vent hose at a golf cart repair store. They had a large supply of different size hoses for gas powered carts. $7 dollars for 1 foot with the 2 clamps.

Check the electrical connector at the tank. May have bumped it loose.
