Default Engine rpm calculation

Anybody know how to calculate the engine rpms that I would be turning say at 60 or 70 mph with 4.56 gears? I'm running 3.55s now with 35s and I can't decide if I wanna go with 4.10 or 4.56. I do quite a bit of hauling and towing. My truck is a 3/4 ton 360 5 speed (nv4500 tranny).
