Default Irattic idle when slowing down

My 408 stroker idle will bounce around and almost quit only when driving as I slow down, it irattic at best and does not happen all of the time, I've replaced the IAC, MAP, TPS, with no luck, I've also replaced the plug wires, cap and rotor, has anyone ever experienced this before?
This is driving me nuts and I've waisted my summer screwing around with my new engine any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thxs

Sounds like my problem. You might need a higher stall torque converter if you have the stock one now.

Are you stepping on the brake when that happens?

Default Idle issue

Brakes or not, just when truck slows down to a crawl the idle bounces, no vacuum leaks.
