Default i-joint issue

I needed to replace the u-joint on the driver side axle, and the axle but was rediculiously tight. So I just pulled the wheel bearing and axle out as one piece and changed the joint. Somehow I bent one of the holes that a bolt threads into and now the bolt won't go in. So I can only hold my wheel bearing on with 2 bolts....doesn't seem like the greatest idea. Any ideas how I can get that axle but off?

Chemicals, and a long breaker bar, or heat. Or a really powerful impact wrench. If you use heat, replace the hub/bearing assembly, and the axle nut.
