lug nuts

I put a set of wheels on my truck and the lug nut keep backing off or the wheel studs are braking off what can i do its becoming quite ignoying.

What value are you torquing the lug nuts to?

With the rim off, can you wiggle the studs at all?

Stock rims or aftermarket? If aftermarket, what are the specs (size, offset, backspacing).
