I also looked at them .To me all it looks like is he is takeing a stock TB and cleaning it and then doing a mild port on the intakes ? This is why i question the 305.00 price + my old TB ? How much HP am i getting for my money IMO i would just get a chip .This dose not make sense to me at all !

he is right in a sense. he does mill down the walls and smooths out the tops for better and un restricted air flow. the stock tb size I believe is 48mm. correct me if i wrong. when its done it come back as 52mm or bigger if he thinks that what you need. I heard nothing but good things from his products. its only like $250 if you let him keep your original. a chip on the other hand. no all of them work. some give you problems. I think the TB is a better buy. plus it gives you better HP< torque and gas mileage.

Fastman TB is 219.95 if you tell Dan that you heard about it on this forum. I took a picture of the stock one next to his but unfortunately it didn't come out. There is a big difference. I have one - there is a definite difference in throttle response, and a small mpg gain. I would recommend that anyone who is interested go to his website, and e-mail or call him. Great guy!

I can speak for the 5.2 here. The stock TB on a 5.2 is 47mm on the top, and it cones down to 50mm on the bottom. The Fastman makes the entire length 50mm from top to bottom. He also removes the air horns that stand up around the bores, allowing even more air flow.
You get a brand new stainless steel shaft and brass blades. It also comes with all the hardware you need to install it (bolts, gaskets, etc...).

One of the best mods I have done on my pickup. Worth every penny.

Chips are for dipping. Either get a hypertech programmer or a mopar performance PCM. Stay away from the chips!

As far as the throttle body, you'd be suprised how much of a difference a few millimeters makes. It's worth it
