Default Factory hub to fender?

Can't find any information on the factory hub to fender measurements on a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 quad-cab short box sport. It around 26.5" to 27" currently and need to buy new shocks for it.

Thanks in advance!

Because the truck is lifted and factory length won't work.

I need to know what the length of the the factory shock is so I can order the some 5100's.

How much lift have you got? Should be able to just call the vendor of your choice, tell 'em what ya got, and they should be able to hook you up.
