Default uneven break pad wear

Just looking for some insight as to why I get excessive wear on my passenger side inbound brake pad. It always seems to wear twice as fast as the other three. I have put 130K and have done all the brake jobs and it has been a consistant problem. does not seem to matter weather it is a quick pad change or a total caliper/rotor/pad repair. Stumped and tired of doing breaks

Caliper sticking on its guides most likely, either that, or the soft line to the caliper is internally 'distressed', and doesn't like to release pressure. Either one will eat the inboard pad fairly quick.

What about a clog in the combination valve?

Anything is possible. Soft lines are know for this type of failure though. If they are original, time to change them in any event.
