I just bought 1995 3500 rackbody need to know if a 1999 dash wil fit.in the 95 thanks Eric.

Nope.
94-95 Dash the same
96-02 Dash the same - or at least close
99 will not fit 95

I think 94-97 is the same, and in 98 they went to the new design. (digital odometer, central timer module, etc.)

Newer design is pretty different physically too .

Probabbly bolts the same tho

bolts are the same and same placement just design are different and the hook ups for everything are diff i bet
