Angry Alright, Here's one for y'all

Okay, My truck has always done the RMP surge while driving, Nothing too bad just like 200 to 500 at the most. No biggie i thought. NOPE I was driving down the road and my RPM jumps around so much so fast it freaked me the hell out. then my truck died. tried to start and no spark at all, even on grounded spark plug boot. Lucky for me, It died next to an auto store. Well, i figured it was TPS sensor so i got a new one. Truck still did not start i un-plugged the ASD relay and plugged it back in. Truck started right up. So i drove it home, No surging. After a while it start again. I pulled up to my gate and the RMP jumped around like they did and it started to backfire the whole 10 yards hell broke lose. What could be doing this? Thanks for your help.

Crank position sensor!

Wires crossed? Dizzy cap busted? Bad spark plugs? Loose grounds?

I lived in northern Illinois for the first 18 years of my life and have been in Oklahoma for the past 22 years.

There is a difference.

Yeah. It's illegal to marry a cousin in Illinois unless you're both age 50 or older.

I'll soon be 79 but I don't have any female cousins.
