Well except for the corners on the intake where the lil rubber gaskets meets the manifold gasket.

Definetly dont just go slathering rtv all over your gaskets.

Do I need to buy new intake bolts since the old ones are TTY, or will new bolts come with the intake gasket set (i doubt it but need to verify), or with the plenum kit i bought from hughes?

I believe the Hughes kit comes with bolts.

Awesome. Thank you. Went to HF but didn't see the tool or a 1.25" wrench. Isn't that the size I need for the fan nut?

I'm not sure what size it is. I just used a big adjustable wrench. And to hold the pulley I drilled a couple holes in a piece of steel to line up with the holes in the pulley. Then I just put some bolts in to hold it on and let the pulley turn until the steel stopped on something.

use the pitman arm to stop it! lol
