the one for the 2000-01 does not work

well I took it to my mechanic and they had it for a couple weeks and it wouldn't do it for them, so I brought it home and replaced the crankshaft position sensor, it's been about a week and so far I haven't had any trouble, I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Anybody wanna by a Dodge( ha, ha)?
