Popular mechanics did a IS IT A SCAM article on things like this a few issues ago. No add on gimic worked including the tornado that you put under your throttlebody.
Things that will help are well known
K&N filterpack
Headers
Hypertec power programmer
Cover for your bed to reduce wind drag
cat back system
high flow cat
the list goes on.......

Yea you guys have a point,i never thought that way. And i already have the resitor thing workin so its a good thing i didnt buy it. I always look at other stuff because i dont have the money to buy the good stuff right now lol. but after basic training my truck is gonna become so freakin bad.Thanks.
