Odd problem 98 Ram

Distributor does not affect timing, only feul sync.
Search for setting fuel sync.

I've got it, also found my timing chain was off by 2 teeth as well. Will update how it worked out soon. Thank you.

Found the reset procedure, also found my timing chain was off 2 teeth so it's been replaced will have it back together soon. Thank you for your help. May be posting about my transmission soon.
