I must have done something wrong then, I tried for over 2 hours to get it in there, even had old tranny laying beside truck to see how it mounted, couldn't even get it in the same zip code lol

 

The cluster really had no impact on the trans. Just the cel and no bus. Also I thought the ecm is what controlled the mileage that is displayed in the cluster. Apparently it doesn't. The cluster is reading $150k and the ecm thats in it has 165 k on it.
