Default 2001 ram 1500 46RE no fwd or reverse

headed down the highways, no pwr from transmission....

no frd or reverse. turn off motor, sit for a few minutes, i get some pwr, but not enough to move it more than 50 feet or so,

TC ? Pump? trans?

i put new pressure reg and solenoid in about 5 months ago....

not a trans guy, but i'm about to be i guess. this will be the second rebuild..

Unplug the 8 pin electrical connector on the drivers side of the trans. See if you have any gears. (you won't get any automatic function, no TCC, and no O/D, it will stay in whatever gear you put it in.... so, careful, and don't drive far.) If it works Ok that way, it's an electronic problem. If it still doesn't wanna move the truck, probably rebuild time.
