01 2500 360 valve body problem
I have an 01 2500 with a 46re.after reading up I found out they they are different 94-99 and 00-02.
My shifter on the column got stuck and wouldn't move. So I had to force it to move. After that it doesn't fall into the notches anymore but still functions other than not going into park.I believe the ball mechanism broke inside along with whatever broke from me forcing it to move . It was shifting sluggish too so I figured I would just replace it with a remaned one instead of messing with it. Where can I find one at? From what I can tell that it isn't one of the standard ones and has a 4 pin setups on it or something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Some of the connectors changed over the years, and the internal electronics also changed, but, connector pin-outs did not...... just the signal the sensor puts out.... So, if you order up a reman from somewhere, just tell 'em what year you have, and they *should* be able to set ya right up.
Jasper makes stock remans, but, then you have a stock trans still...... PATC makes the viper series, they are pricey, but, get a mega-viper, and you will never have to worry about your trans again.
