Transfer Case rear Retainer housing leak with new gasket have photos
I re sealed my transfer case, not leaking from the case halves, and installed new Mopar metal gasket between case and extension housing bell part and new seal on extension housing where the drive shaft inserts. Problem: its not leaking or weaping i would call it more like sweating, beyond minimal, but its still ticks me off. its a brand new gasket from Dodge, is this common? should i have used rtv or a different brand? 231 T-case
Its leaking from this new gasket. Has maybe 200 miles on it. its OEM Mopar gaket
