Default My code p0753 had babies

This forum is great!! Been reading a lot this month so glad its here, so sometimes when traffic comes to a quick stop I press my o/d button to slow me down a bit not a lot but everyonce in awhile.

So the other day driving home on the freeway my truck didn't feel right kinda struggling and sounded like a dying vacuum cleaner engine light came on, hit a red light off the freeway. Then from a dead stop my truck wouldn't move had to press the gas half down to get it to start rolling. Total loss of power.

Checked it got P0753, replaced trans gov sol- 4617210, trans pres sen 560211403aa new fluid and filter. Erased code started it up put it in drive and it didn't jump to go like it usually does, hesitantly drove it around the block no change. Still wont get to a roll without gas half down to start. check engine light back with 6 more codes.

I do have reverse and can drive it when I put in first. New codes p0138 p0132, p0713, p0135, p0711, p1763 along with their mother p0753 that came back. Any help would be greatly appreciated I wouldn't of got this far without this forum. thanks

Remove the pre-cat O2 sensor from the exhaust, and go for a drive. Run any better? That's a clogged cat.

The sensors on the front and rear of the throttle body can in no way directly effect pedal effort, the TPS, which is on the drivers side of the throttle shaft.... can. If it is screwing up, it would give you some odd symptoms. I would have a close look at it in any event. Fix that problem first, and see if some of the others don't simply disappear.

The fluid was surprisingly great no shavings not to dirty, filter was ok replaced that, I finally just broke down from losing sleep over it and got it towed to my brother in laws tranny shop (He said its in limp mode had nothing to do with tranny) he sent it to electrical guy got truck rewired had one small short by firewall. Said he did a valve job replaced my pan with a used dented scratched one took my money and said these trucks are nothing but junk I should just drive it into ground and get a new one thanks douche!!
Started my truck nursed it home still in limp mode. Whole engine felt hot it never gets hot like that. code 0783 popped right up Checked tranny fluid it said super full.
replaced trans cooler line without the restrictor.(that was a great post I seen on here btw) Noticed only had about a cup of fluid that came out when replaced it. online today to try to find a trans manual the ones I'm seeing for 46re are 2002 and up. also seen a bulletin about changing a valve plate for another with a larger hole wondering if that's the next step thanks again

You can download the factory service manual from the FAQ/DIY section. Complete trans overhaul process in there.

You paid your brother shop to not fix your truck??

yep I paid my brother in law to just insult my truck, Its not goin back no way!! I learned my lesson big time anyone who can't appreciate my truck or other peoples property or put stuff back where they got it has no business touching nothing of mine. that was a nightmare, though it does encourage me to resolve my trucks issues even more

New codes p0138 p0132, p0713, p0135, p0711, p1763 along with their mother p0753 that came back.
It would make sense to figure out what the codes are telling you before doing anything.
PO138 downstream 02
PO132 left 02 shorted
PO713 tranz temp sensor voltage to high
PO135 left upstream 02 heater failure
PO711 tranz temp sensor
PO1763 governor pressure sensor volts to high

Well you have some 02 sensor issues for sure. Being in California you have 4 of them. Would be helpful to know exactly what was shorted.
Read this write up on the PO753...
