Take it back to where you had it rebuilt.

They basically told me the rebuild doesn't cover electrical. I also tested the mechanical side and it shifts through the gears fine

Did they replace any of the electronics when they did the rebuild?

So I'm pretty sure they didn't change any solenoids or pressure switches

P0753 Trans 3-4 Shift Sol/Trans Relay Circs

P0713 Trans Temp Sens Voltage Too Hi

P1763 Governor Press Sens Volts Too Hi

Try Unplugging the 8 pin connector again. See what kind of behavior you get when you shift manually. If everything works good that way, think I would be real tempted to simply replace ALL the electronics in the trans.

The wires on the connector are stripped back way too much I'm gonna fix that while I'm at it

That may be the whole problem. Pressure sensor, (which is also the temp sensor) only wants five volts. If it is getting 12..... well, that makes it unhappy.

Fix the wiring first, see if all your problems don't go away.
