Rear disk brakes ?

Default Rear disk brakes ?

Will the brackets and caliper off a 2005 R1500 fit on a 96 rear axle ?

Doubt it. They switched to AAM axles in 03.

its a 9.25 dodge rear axle !

Yeah, it mumbles something about "corporate" axles, but, isn't eminently clear on that point..... Does someone have the whole axle for sale? I think I read somewhere that the full swap is doable.... but, width between spring perches is different???? Thought I read about it here......

its one we changed at the shop i work at ! The pinion broke but the axles are good and has all the brake parts !

Think I would start measuring stuff, and see how it looks. I think the drum backing plate mounts further in/out than the bracket for the calipers though... but, not 100% sure on that.
