Checked fuel pressure and it's at 47psi, ok
Replaced CPS with dealer part, no change
Cleaned Cam sensor, no change
Unplugged O2 sensor, no change
Checked spark plug wire routing again, ok
Checked all injectors are clicking and rpm drop when unplugging each one, ok
Checked TDC mark lines up with rotor pointed at cyl 1, ok

Still no change, shudder remains constant
Bought cyl leak down tester, will be checking leakage b4 tearing into the timing cover.
Going to check resistance in new spark plug wires.
Going to check and adjust rockers, pushrods, and guide plates again
Going to check fuel sync

What else should I check? feels like a misfire, could a lean mixture feel like a misfire? would a cam and bigger heads cause a lean mixture?

One would think the PCM would whine about a lean mixture, the O2 sensor should clue it in. You have some fairly serious mods there though, do you have a custom tune on that motor??

I would suspect one of the injectors may not be firing as well as the others. Just pulling the wire will stop it from firing but you don't know how well it performs at different rpm's or under load. Wouldn't hurt to try some injector cleaner in the tank.

I'd think it would run fine without the tune as well, although the tune would help. Haven't gotten a real custom tune yet cause it just doesn't run good enough to dial in.

That's a good point, I did have injectors cleaned a tested a few years back and they looked good, I may pull the rail and visually view the spray pattern. Did notice the fuel rail on one side is leaning a little toward the TB, will correct that.

Also my buddy noticed one of my lower header flanges has a slight leak, will address that as well. Don't think either of those are enough to cause the problem.
Getting fuel sync checked tomorrow after work. This weekend will do leak down test and remove, inspect, and reinstall rockers, pushrods, and guide plates.
Going to put a mechanical gauge on oil pressure as well because my buddies snapon scanner was reading 7psi at idle even tho my dash gauge reads 40psi.

Does engine temp alter the way it runs? Does it get any better/worse as it warms up?

No, I haven't bought a logger yet because she's not running good.

Today I had fuel sync checked at a local shop and they said it's dead on at zero. He said his scanner showed a random misfire but not enough to set a code. Now what would cause a random misfire? Coil, cam sensor, poor quality wires...?

Tomorrow going to check resistance in my new Napa wires
Leak down test
Remove and inspect rockers, pushrods, guide plates.
Can I ditch the guide plates... do I really need them? They have cut wear marks into my new mopar hardened pushrods. Or should I just take a dremel to the plates and open them up a little more? The old man at the shop used to build 1200hp race cars and he said I didn't need the guide plates for my daily driver.
