There are a BUNCH of ground wires.... The two right up by the power steering pump are the most important. There is also one on the back of each head. Make sure those are all in place.

One of the usual victims of an engine or trans swap, is the crankshaft position sensor.... it hangs out behind the passenger side head, down on the bellhousing. They generally get thumped, or crushed when the engine is put back in.... (or, simply forgotten.....) It's a pain to get to, but, you need to check it. Also, make sure no wires got pinched between the engine and trans.

Welcome to DF!

Also make sure the PCM has all of the plugs in good. I like to use a little dialectric grease on any connector I take apart. Also there are a couple grounds on the passenger side, one right by the computer.
