Ya, fuse is back in. So it has 25kv spark, 40psi fuel pressure, so not really sure here, could be computer, map sensor, etc...gotta check valve timing first but I doubt its that.

So I did a little diggin today and I'm thinking I have a shorted sensor somewhere, if I unplug the TPS or map I have 2 of the 3 wires with 5v signals with the key on...

That's not good. Time to trace wires, and see if you can find the short.

Yup, I've disconnected the crank, cam (dist), TPS and map, not sure what else there is, gotta get a diagram and check if the PCM is shorted.

Section 8W. Probably in the fuel/ignition section.

Printed one off from work, no short either, it looks like the PCM sends a 5v as a diagnostic, gotta be tested plugged in. With it plugged in I don't hav 5v in two of the three of the TPS, I have 5v and 4.6 on the map but it changes once it gets running. I'm really thinking maybe the timing chain jumped, anyone know what size the crank bolt is? Looks pretty big, over an inch for sure.

1.25 I think......

Try static timing the engine. There is a procedure in the service manual for installing the dist on a 'fresh' engine. Basically, I think you turn the engine so number 1 is at TDC, then a bit further to the next mark on the balancer, and see where the distributor is pointing.

Don't think I have ever seen one of these jump time...... may be a lot of slack in the chain though.

^I was thinking the same thing...never seen a chain jump on one. I also only have 190km on it, so probably 110k miles? I may check feeds and grounds to the PCM today, but yesterday something weird was happening I thought.
I would unplug the map with the key on, then when plugging it back in it would actuate some relays in the underhood fuse box. I have no idea why since I see nothing on the diagram that would cause this.
I unplugged the PCM to check the wiring, all good. I also removed the fuse box and pulled it up enough to see underneath and it's like new.
This thing is so strange right now.
